چکیده
The interest in quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSC), which has theoretically proved to have up 44% energy conversion efficiency recent years, is growing rapidly. Although it high value, PCE obtained studies with QDSSCs far from these values. This situation shows that there are many difficulties be solved QDSSC technology. One of the main challenges technology irradiated load recombination occurring QDSSC. For this reason, study, about using CdSeS QDs as an alternative most used CdS literature order suppress between TiO2 surface and electrolyte QD surfaces. In while were coated on SILAR method, previously synthesized CdSe was chemical deep deposition method. Surfaces last treated ZnS QDs. An optimization study carried out determine ideal number coatings for QDSSCs. As a result, Jsc Voc values TiO2/CdSeS4/CdSe/ZnS 8.799 mA/cm2 0.795 V, respectively, value increased 4.452%.

Efficient perovskite/fullerene planar heterojunction solar cells with enhanced charge extraction and suppressed charge recombination.
Alcohol soluble titanium chelate TIPD (titanium (diisopropoxide) bis(2,4-pentanedionate)) was used as an electron transporting layer to form an ohmic contact with the negative electrode, aiming to enhance the charge extraction and suppress the charge recombination for high performance CH3NH3PbI3/PCBM-based PHJ perovskite solar cells. The TIPD layer shows excellent suitability to CH3NH3PbI3 pero...

متن کاملCharge recombination and thermoluminescence in photosystem II.
In the recombination process of Photosystem II (S(2)Q(A)(-)-->S(1)Q(A)) the limiting step is the electron transfer from the reduced primary acceptor pheophytin Ph(-) to the oxidized primary donor P(+) and the rate depends on the equilibrium constant between states S(2)PPhQ(A)(-) and S(1)P(+)Ph(-)Q(A). Accordingly, mutations that affect the midpoint potential of Ph or of P result in a modified r...
متن کاملControlling charge separation and recombination by chemical design in donor-acceptor dyads.
Conjugated donor-acceptor block co-oligomers that self-organize into D-A mesomorphic arrays have raised increasing interest due to their potential applications in organic solar cells. We report here a combined experimental and computational study of charge transfer (CT) state formation and recombination in isolated donor-spacer-acceptor oligomers based on bisthiophene-fluorene (D) and perylene ...
متن کاملRestricted charge recombination process in PbS quantum dot sensitized solar cells by different coating cycles of ZnS films
The relatively low power conversion efficiency (PCE) of quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs) is attributed to charge recombination at the interfaces. Charge recombination process could be suppressed by coating the QD layer with a wide band gap semiconductor such as ZnS, which acts as a blocking layer between the QDs and hole transport material (HTM). In present study, to improve PCE of P...
